At Tillaura Lou, we take great pride in delivering your artisan blooms safely, beautifully, and on time. Please read the following carefully to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Where We Deliver

• We offer delivery only to the following Southern Highlands townships in NSW, Australia:

  • Robertson, Fitzroy Falls, Avoca, Burrawang, Kangaloon, Glenquarry, Bowral, Burradoo, Mittagong, Willow Vale, Colo Vale, Hill Top, High Range, Berrima, New Berrima, Moss Vale, Sutton Forest, Exeter, Bundanoon, Wingello, and Tallong.

  • Kangaroo Valley - Please note: different delivery rates apply for this area

Delivery Fees & Minimum Spend

• Southern Highlands Townships:

  • $15 flat rate delivery: Monday to Friday

  • $20 flat rate delivery: Saturday & Sunday

  • Same day delivery available for (floral) online purchases made before 11am.
    Online purchases for only giftware or floral items made after 11am will be delivered next day.

• Kangaroo Valley:

  • $40 flat rate delivery: Monday to Friday (Sorry no weekend delivery offered)

  • Next day delivery only (regardless of product type or online purchase time)

• Complimentary delivery to:

  • Residential addresses in Berrima

  • Any approved nursing home or hospital in the Southern Highlands (See full list below)

  • Only one complimentary delivery per person per day

• Tuesday delivery – only available for purchases (giftware & floral) made by 3pm on Monday's

• If the selected shipping method/cost selected at checkout does not align with your delivery requirements, we’ll be in touch to confirm the details and arrange any additional payment needed before scheduling your delivery.

• If the selected shipping method/cost selected at checkout does not align with your delivery requirements, we’ll be in touch to confirm the details and arrange any additional payment needed before scheduling your delivery.

• If we're unable to confirm payment, the order will be refunded and cancelled.

Same Day & Next Day Delivery

• Same day floral delivery available if order is placed before 11am

• Poco size available only as Tillaura’s Choice

• Stravagante and Lusso sizes are next-day delivery only

What’s Included With Every Delivery

• Each bouquet includes:

  • A handwritten Tillaura Lou Luxury Note Card

  • Flower care card

  • White paper wrap with coloured ribbons

  • Delivered with a fresh water source

Delivery Timing

• Monday – Friday: 11am to 6pm

• Saturday – Sunday: 10am to 4pm

• You may request a preferred time in the notes section at checkout
  (We’ll do our best to meet it, but cannot guarantee exact times)

Order Notes – Don’t Forget!

• Please include key info in your order notes such as:

  • Work hours (if delivering to a business)

  • Teacher or student (if delivering to a school)

  • Start times for funeral services or events

  • Gate/entry codes or pet access warnings

Delivery Terms & Conditions

• Customers must ensure all names, addresses, and details are correct

• We copy your delivery info exactly as entered

• Our courier will only leave flowers if it is safe to do so

• If delivery is not possible, we will:

  • Leave a calling card

  • Return your flowers to our studio

  • Organise redelivery (additional fee may apply)

 Re-Delivery Triggers (Additional Fee May Apply)

• Redelivery may be required if:

  • Incorrect delivery address or details

  • Recipient has left the premises

  • No sheltered location to leave flowers

  • Locked gates or no property access

  • Aggressive pets on site

  • Extreme heat where flower quality can’t be guaranteed
