The Fine Print

All floral arrangements are made + designed with absolute care + consideration.

As small business owners, Adam + I pride ourselves on our attention to detail + our passion to create outstanding luxury florals for everyday occasions.

 

Every care will be taken to ensure all flowers are of the highest quality + delivery is provided in a smooth and efficient manner.

 

However there are some things to consider when choosing your bouquet or arrangement of artisan blooms:

 

Availability

  • Flowers:

    • Due to seasonal availability and unforeseen weather conditions there may be times when we will have to substitute the variety of flower or colour in your bouquet. This is unexpected, but can happen.

    • Every emphasis will be placed on ensuring your bouquet aligns with your chosen theme/colour, while still providing a beautiful bunch that will be long lasting. 

    • The use of specific flowers (with the exception of our SEASONAL BLOOMS range), on our website images are used as a GUIDE ONLY.

    • Tillaura Lou operates with colour and style at the forefront of mind, leaving the specific flower selection open for us to best choose the most spectacular blooms for you at any given time of year. 

    • Requests will always be considered, but not guaranteed.

  • Hampers:

    • If an item in your hamper is out of stock, a like-for-like substitution will be carefully selected to maintain the quality and style of your gift.

    • We will always contact you via phone or email to notify you of any changes — no unexpected surprises!

 

Subscription Blooms:

​Your weekly blooms will be carefully selected by Tillaura Lou, who will choose the finest, freshest, and best-quality flowers available each week.
Selections will vary week-to-week based on seasonal availability and quality.

  • Cancellation & Postponement Policy:

    • Minimum commitment is 1 month (4 weeks).

    • If the subscription is cancelled before the end of the nominated subscription period (either 1 or 3 months) a minimum 1 month (4 week) period will be charged in full based on the chosen subscription size.

    • Postponement is only available to those with the 3 month (12 week) subscription. Postponement is only available for a maximum period of 4 weeks, this can be taken consecutively or sporadically. Any postponement over the allotted 4 week's will be charged at the normal weekly rate based on your subscription size.

  • Vase Swap Policy:

    • The subscription includes vase swap/changeover every week

    • The vase must be left out at the delivery address for collection (in a mutually agreed location).

    • If the vase is not made available, a $25 charge will apply for that week’s vase replacement.

  • Complimentary Arrangement:

    • For those on the 3 month (12 week) subscription, an arrangement will be provided on the 13th week free of charge in your chosen subscription size.

  • Delivery:

    • Available only to selected localities within the Southern Highlands.

Legal Requirements 

  • If your selected Luxury Gifting Collection includes alcohol, you are required to confirming that the recipient is 18 years or older.

 

Care

  • Every single bouquet and floral item will be delivered with a water source (with the exception of wired items such as buttonholes and flower crowns). This is to ensure your blooms are adequately cared for on their journey to their destination.

  • Once delivered and accepted, it is the responsibility of the recipient to provide fresh, clean water for their flowers + to care for their blooms in the appropriate manner to ensure the maximum life span is achieved.

  • A flower care card is attached to every bouquet/arrangement to ensure nothing is missed in looking after your artisan blooms.

 

Refunds

  • Tillaura Lou does not offer refunds. We are very happy to discuss any problems you unexpectedly encounter with your blooms at flowers@tillauralou.com

  • With any quality issues, we ask you to provide a photo of your flowers and a brief description in which we will be able to discuss and forward this onto our suppliers. 

  • We will always do our best to rectify any issues of flower quality or if you are unhappy in any way with the service Tillaura Lou has provided.

Payment Methods

  • Any Australian-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe and chip cards bearing a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, or eftpos logo.
