Sourced from small-scale growers in northern Victoria, Australian Sencha (100g) is a shincha variety — made from the new, tender leaves of the first spring harvest.

 

Revered for its purity and freshness, shincha is a celebration of the season’s beginning and a reflection of traditional tea craftsmanship.

 

This locally grown green tea offers a refined, smooth character with a slightly buttery texture and delicate vegetal notes — a quietly complex infusion to savour mindfully.

 

Certified Organic Ingredients:
Australian grown shincha green tea (Camellia sinensis)

 

Brewing Instructions:
Place a heaped teaspoon (2.0g) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75ºC–85ºC and allow to infuse for 1–2 minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
