Filled with odourless, wheat-free lupin seeds and delicately infused with calming Tasmanian lavender buds from Bridestowe Estate, it's the perfect blend of comfort, sustainability, and relaxation.

To Use:
For Heat:
Microwave for 2 minutes, then continue in 30-second intervals until your desired temperature is reached.
For Cold:
Place the pack in a sealed bag and freeze overnight (min. 24 hours). Use as needed for cooling relief.
