Tillaura Lou (pronounced: 'Til-Laura Lou') is a beautiful showcase of luxury floral gifting. We provide an elegant but refined offering of seasonal cut flowers, plants and artistically tailored giftware - alongside a delicate eye for detail.

We aim to provide a floral collection fit for those everyday special occasions - the ones where you are wanting to convey your thoughts, love and care, but cannot do so in person.

From handwriting every single greeting message, to presenting each bouquet with love and the utmost of care, we create and style each bunch with great attention to detail, honoring the seasonal beauty of our flowers.

We offer a beautiful selection of bouquets, everyday luxury gifting, alongside indoor plants and botanics. We also provide a weekly and fortnightly subscription service, where you can have your own artisan blooms delivered directly to your home or office, or send a brilliantly styled bunch to a local friend or loved one in the Southern Highlands for any occasion.

Tillaura Lou places focus and emphasis in choosing the best available seasonal flowers throughout the year, both locally from the Southern Highlands to across the various flower farms and growers in NSW. By focusing on colour and style, not specific variety, we find each bouquet is able to shine in its purest form. We are confident we can create a stunning version of each of our artisan bouquets at any point during the year without relying on one particular flower.

Behind the Blooms

HEY! I'M RACHAEL - WELCOME TO TILLAURA LOU!

I am the creative heart and floral hands behind Tillaura Lou Artisan Blooms.

Tillaura Lou was born from a lifelong passion for flowers, a deep love for presentation, and a desire to craft something uniquely beautiful.

My journey began over 11 years ago, transitioning from a role in Visual Merchandising where I craved a more creatively fulfilling path. Floristry felt like a natural step—my first job at 15 was in a flower shop, and a decade later, that same florist offered me an apprenticeship that changed everything.

With my design background, I gravitated toward Weddings + Events. I took on two jobs—one retail, one weddings—to fast-track my skills, eventually becoming qualified and diving into the fast-paced world of event floristry.

Years in events taught me invaluable lessons in structure, styling and creative resilience. But after endless late nights, tight deadlines and magical moments, I knew it was time to slow down.

A move to Sydney with my now-husband Adam offered a fresh beginning—and a few unexpected challenges (let’s not talk about that global pandemic!). The birth of our children Ludwig (Lou) and Mathilde (Tilly) inspired the name Tillaura Lou—a blend of our babies’ names and my middle name, Laura.

With experience spanning everything from large-scale installations to delicate flower crowns, what I bring to Tillaura Lou is a love for beauty, detail, and meaningful gifting. There’s nothing like creating a bouquet with my hands and presenting it with care and purpose.

After working with inspiring florists across Melbourne, Sydney and the Southern Highlands, I’m proud to now call Berrima home. Alongside Adam—my biggest cheerleader and the craftsman behind our peach-toned shop—we bring a shared vision for beauty, warmth and a unique floral experience.

When I’m not arranging flowers or curating giftware, I’m walking bush trails with my family, playing Beyoncé records, or wrapping gifts just for fun.
