Therapeutic seeds of fennel, fenugreek, and caraway have been traditionally used to promote lactation, while lemon balm and aniseed bring a calming sweetness to the blend.
 
Soft and nurturing, this infusion offers delicate hints of lemon and fennel, gently balanced by warm, sweet herbal notes — a thoughtful companion for postpartum care.
This blend is caffeine free.
 
Certified Organic Ingredients:
Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum), Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Aniseed (Pimpinella anisum), Caraway Seeds (Carum carvi)
 
Brewing Instructions:
Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5g) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75°C–85°C and allow to infuse for 3–5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
