Female Tonic

Carefully formulated by our naturopath, Female Tonic (75g) is designed to gently support hormone balance throughout the reproductive years.
 
This nourishing blend combines traditionally used herbs such as chaste tree, dong quai and withania, which have been known to assist in regulating the menstrual cycle, supporting skin health, balancing mood, and modulating hormones.
 
Earthy and subtly sweet, this caffeine-free blend is rounded out with refreshing notes of spearmint and lavender — a calming ritual for body and mind.
 
Please note: This blend is not recommended for individuals with hypertension, those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or those taking the oral contraceptive pill.

Brewing Instructions:
Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5g) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75°C–85°C and allow to infuse for 3–5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
