Brewing Instructions:
Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5g) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75ºC–85ºC and allow to infuse for 3–4 minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
 
Iced Tea:
Brew the tea following the instructions above, then chill in the fridge. Once cooled, serve over ice and add fresh fruit, mint, or your chosen garnish.
